Logistics

PRESENTATION

Vaucluse is located in the heart of the Southern European and Mediterranean consumer zones. This prime geo-strategic position at the major crossroads of Southern Europe means 115 million consumers are within easy reach.

The territory offers highly efficient infrastructures at the international level for all types of transport:
a dense motorway network giving north/south, east/west connections,
many airline services (major airports at Marseille Provence, Lyon Saint Exupéry)
quality railroad infrastructures for passengers (Avignon TGV) and freight (Avignon Courtine: 2nd national combined rail / road worksite)
handy to Marseille’s sea port, busiest port in France and in Southern Europe,
navigable rivers and canals for barges etc.

SPECIALIZED SITES

Vaucluse is rightly proud of its real estate offer which is so well adapted to the needs of different players in the activity. We have several zones already in operation, as well as site extension, creation and upgrading projects :

Val Rhône Logistique, at Bollène : just 5 min from an A7 motorway exit, 70ha multimodal industrial park developed by the Regional land bank (Foncière des Régions) which when completed will offer a total of 200 000m² in 6 different logistics platforms.
Grange Blanche I and II, at Courthézon : also 5 min from the A7 motorway, the first phase of 16ha dedicated to logistics is completely taken up. A 25ha extension with 13ha reserved for logistics is under development, the rest of the zone housing tertiary and artisan activities.
5.5ha Logistics Campus, at Vedène : 7min from the A7 motorway, the APRC property development company will offer a 54 000m² logistics platform, 4200m² of message services and 2.5ha for related services.
