Located at the heart of a production zone for aromatic and medicinal plants, the incubator is devoted to the promotion of plants.
Initiated by three competitiveness clusters and the GREEN laboratory of Avignon University, a complete range of offices, workshops, storage spaces, and access to an eco-extraction platform, are available on the same site.

Accomodation and Services at the Cité du Végétal

ID4TECH unique eco-extraction platform in Vaucluse

This business incubator, devoted to the promotion of plants, welcomes young companies in the first five years of their activity and offers them accommodation, support, services and shared spaces. The businesses welcomed should work in sectors related to processes that transform and enhance plants: cosmetics, well-being, nutraceuticals, ecoconstruction, fragrances…

The business incubator offers accommodation through a two-year provisional occupancy agreement, renewable for two years. At the same time, the day-to-day life of the young company is simplified thanks to the shared spaces (reception area, meeting room, dining hall, bathrooms, showers, parking…) and shared services (support, reprographics area, telephony and high-speed internet connection, networking with economic partners etc.).

In September 2016, the semi-industrial eco-extraction platform ID4TECH joined the Cité du Végétal. Since 2019, the company ID4FEET has managed the platform. It is able to offer the implementation of different eco-extraction processes on the same technological platform (microwave, ultrasound, flash release, etc.), and allows different players to develop new ingredients from vegetable matter.
