Close to the A7 motorway interchange in Cavaillon, the new Natural’Lub Business Park spans 45 hectares. The Hauts Banquets has subscribed to the Naturalness Regional Interest Operation (OIR). This logistics and production park dedicated to naturalness is positioned mainly in 5 markets: organic control and natural inputs; natural ingredients; high-quality food; nutraceuticals; natural cosmetics and perfumery.

The Park is ideally located on the Paris – Lyon – Marseille axis and at the barycentre of a triangle made up of Lyon – Montpellier – Marseille. The Hauts Banquets hosts industrial, logistic, digital and tertiary activities based around naturalness.

The site is exemplary in offering a functional and environmentally-friendly welcome offer. It benefits from the ECOPARC+ Label, an official mark of quality, which attests to an environmental, economic and social exemplarity.

A business and employee services centre will be developed, including a catering service and a crèche. Shared R&D, sensitisation, and information equipment will also be developed.

A business park dedicated to the naturalness sector

The strong development of this sector reflects the dynamics of major companies present in the territory.

The Naturalness sector brings together research, trade, production and control-based activities dedicated to natural ingredients, high-quality food, nutraceuticals and cosmetics.
The diverse and high-quality agricultural productions of our Region support the establishment and development of these activities.

Each Operation of Regional Interest specialises in a sector of excellence, identified by the Region and its partners as having comparative advantages in terms of competitiveness. It is co-led by an elected official and an industrialist to bring together both public and private interests.

8 sectors have been designated “O.I.R.”, making the Southern Region a leader in this field. Defining a sector as an “ OI.R. ” makes it possible to focus funding on the activities under it and to mobilize the policies concerning on each of them.

The Innov’Alliance Competitiveness Cluster, the Technical Centre for the Conservation of Agricultural Products, the INRA, the Green Tech laboratory of the University, located in Vaucluse are the key R&D players in the sector. In addition to this, the expansion in 2019 of the expertise sector of French Tech Grande Provence to encompass Naturalness illustrates the mobilisation of the players of the territory dedicated to this sector.

The Parc+ certification meets environmental quality criteria

The “Ecoparc+ Vaucluse” system judges spaces dedicated to companies according to a criteria of sustainable development which has been recognized by the Parc+ certification and put forward by the ARBE (Regional Agency for Biodiversity and Environment).
This certification of regional excellence adds value to high-quality, attractive business parks, who wish to work in a preserved environment which is pleasant to live in.
It is accessible to internal communities subject to meeting the business park’s development, management and organisational criteria. To obtain the certification, the eco-friendly project must take into account all 8 values of the “Cadre de référence régional de l’aménagement et de la gestion durable des parcs d’activités”

It will be applied to sites of economic activities subject to their compliance with the specifications of the Quality Charter. With the establishment of this system, the Department intends to improve the quality of life of companies and employees of the Vaucluse region, as well as local residents. It wishes to strengthen Vaucluse’s attractiveness to already-established companies and companies wishing to establish themselves, by encouraging the certification of ageing business parks and by developing new land of economic, technical and environmental excellence.
